Resetting Your Kingsborough Email Password
If you’ve tried the Account
Access Lookup instructions (from the previous blog) and it did not work (or
you still can’t access your Kingsborough email), you should try resetting your
password at:
If this also does not work, then go (in person) to the
Student Help Desk (of the I.T. Department).
The location is listed at - https://kbam.kingsborough.edu/faq/
For academic lessons, life lessons, or other information to improve your school performance as well as your life, feel free to go to: SpirFit.org
It will change your life.
If You Don't Know Your Kingsborough Email Access Info
This is for students of Kingsborough Community College
only. If you have forgotten your email log-in
information or if you have never gotten your email account information, follow
the steps below:
- Go to https://kbam.kingsborough.edu/lookup/
- Type in the requested information and click “submit”. (It’s pretty much self-explanatory on this page. Your email access information will be provided to you.)
If this does not work, see Password Reset Instructions at http://cunyenglish.blogspot.com/2014/05/resetting-your-kingsborough-email.html
I am posting this because of my experience working with students individually where they have their work saved in their email (or sent their email), but they had trouble accessing their email. As a result, half the session is wasted dealing with the technical issue of accessing their email.
For academic lessons, life lessons, or other information to improve your school performance as well as your life, feel free to go to: SpirFit.org
It will change your life.

Retrieving Your CATW and ACT R Scores
Kingsborough students can easily retrieve their CATW and ACT Reading scores with their WiFi log-in at:
https://apps.kingsborough.edu/StdTestScore/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2fStdTestScore%2f
If your WiFi log-in does not work, try using your Kingsborough email log-in. If that doesn't work, try using your CUNY First log-in.
For lessons, practices, and other information on CATW and CUNY ACT Reading, go to:

LDL Cholesterol and Your Brain Function
Brain function is important for doing well academically. Lowering your LDL (bad) cholesterol in the long term indirectly maintains better brain function, keeps you from developing preventable eye diseases and preventable blindness, and lets you live longer. Information on how to lower LDL cholesterol is available at -
