This practice has a longer reading and is a bit harder than the actual CATW Exam. That makes it a good practice.
To provide an analogy, it's like taking a strength test that requires you to lift 100 pounds. If I train you to eventually lift 200 pounds, you would find it easier when you are taking the actual test to lift 100 pounds.
